Elias Bou Saab

Elias Bou Saab has been the Advisor to the President of Lebanon Michel Aoun on International Cooperation since March 2017. He was the Minister of Education and Higher Education in the Government of Lebanon from February 2014 to December 2016, and the President of the municipality of Dhour El Choueir in the Metn region of Mount Lebanon from June 2010 to December 2012.

Elias Bou Saab is the founder and Executive Vice President of the American University in Dubai, a title he has held since the University’s inception in 1995. A shareholder in AlMada.org news website, Fame FM and Sawt El Mada radio stations, he is also a member of the founding board of directors of television station OTV.
