The company was founded in 1926 by Awni Al-Kaaki's grandfather, Awni Al-Kaaki Sr. It was then inherited by Kheireddine Al-Kaaki, Awni Al-Kaaki Sr.'s son. Afterwards, Awni Al-Kaaki, Mouin Al-Kaaki, and their sister inherited the company. Awni bought all the shares and is now the sole owner of the company and its corresponding outlets.
