William Mjalli

William Mjalli is a retired General of the Lebanese Army. He has served as Director General of the Issam Fares Foundation since 1994. The Foundation is a major donor to education and development activities in North Lebanon. He has represented former Deputy Prime Minister Issam Fares in a number of political and social events.
